Sale Items:

  • Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

Shipping:

  • To return a product, please contact us for return address.
  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
  • The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
